Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP WFM Lead to support Workforce Management implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Masterfile Import and conduct Business Structure Analysis with clients
• Create UAT scripts and assist clients with UAT testing and issue consolidation
• Develop and deliver user training for practitioners, managers, and employees

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Management implementation
• Knowledge of payroll structure and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions
• Experience in change management and stakeholder communication
