Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager (Project Manager) to lead Workday solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource management, and financial oversight
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout engagements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in leading large-scale back office system implementations
• Project Management experience covering requirement development and full lifecycle execution
• Consulting or IT services experience
• Experience in multi-geo environments
• Familiarity with Workday or HCM/FIN/ERP systems
