Role Overview

We are seeking 25 motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistants to join our expanding team. The perfect candidate will support daily marketing operations, strategies, and campaigns, and offer administrative assistance to marketing agency owners. If you have strong organizational skills, a knack for technology, and a passion for marketing, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Oversee marketing calendars and schedules. Organize marketing files and documents using platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint. Create marketing reports and dashboards as required.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across various social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Interact with followers, observe trends, and track social media metrics. Utilize tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later for scheduling.
  • Content Design and Creation: Assist in crafting graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite. Collaborate on writing blog articles, creating email campaigns, and developing marketing assets.
  • Email Marketing: Create and launch email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign. Segment email lists and monitor campaign performance.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM databases (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Track and report on lead performance and campaign outcomes.
  • SEO and Performance Marketing: Conduct basic keyword research and assist with on-page SEO improvements. Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
    Performance Marketing: Familiarity with running and optimizing ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok Ads.
  • Data Analysis: Basic proficiency in Google Analytics, including interpreting metrics and reporting.
  • Other Marketing Support: Coordinate efforts with external vendors, freelancers, and partners. Monitor and assess KPIs across various campaigns.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools, including:
    • Social Media: Buffer, Hootsuite, Later.
    • Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
    • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign.
    • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
    • SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Experience with US-based companies or marketing agencies.
  • Previous experience working in a remote team environment.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are highly desirable.
    • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday during business hours (Full-time) - Completely remote
