Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
• Policy Handling: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, including life, health, auto, and property coverage.
• Platform Utilization: Use Monday.com to manage tasks, track leads, organize client information, and ensure smooth communication with the team.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary documentation.
• Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a related role.
• Proficiency in using Monday.com for task management and collaboration.
• Fluent in English, with a neutral accent and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with different types of insurance policies and coverage options.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
