Data Driven Marketing Professional - Loyalty & CRM Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned data driven marketing professional to join our team as a Loyalty & CRM Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, driving repeat business with our existing business-to-consumer (B2C) customers. You will also be instrumental in spearheading loyalty marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute CRM-based Marketing Strategies: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to analyze customer data and identify opportunities to increase repeat business. Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer re-engagement and retention.
- Loyalty Program Development and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute loyalty program initiatives, including campaign design, deployment, and measurement.
- Data Analysis and Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and optimize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest CRM software, marketing trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Budget Management and ROI Measurement: Manage marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure maximum impact from marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in an agency setting (preferred, not required), with a focus on CRM-based marketing strategies and loyalty program development.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to analyze data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive repeat business and customer retention.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Ability to work in-office Monday-Friday at our office in Carmel, IN, with regular attendance required.
