Deployment Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:

The Deployment Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for auditing and adjusting analytic solutions for our customers and partners. The analysis process is a multi-phased workstream where analysts work with customers and service engineers to identify issues and assure the accuracy of the data produced by our software. Analysts need to be very fluid in their ability to work with cases, diverse data sets, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Auditing various data sets and technologies 
• Understanding RetailNext audit and data collection systems
• Adjustments and Validation of RetailNext Analytics
• Documentation of results for analysis and improvements

Talents:

• Ability to accurately complete audits (by RetailNext standards)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with peers/managers for escalation, feedback, etc.
• Ability to complete all assigned audits/tasks on time within company SLAs.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to ensure traffic counting is done correctly, if it doesn't meet our standard, troubleshooting to achieve the standard accuracy pass rate
• Ability to work largely unsupervised
• Ability to effectively use tools for completing Audits (Audit Console, SmartOps, Gsuite, etc.)
