REV Fuel is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and lead strategic marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.

REV Fuel is a freight tech company that is building North America’s most accessible fuel management platform. The company is based out of the Greater Toronto area (GTA). We offer fuel solutions for smaller to mid-sized trucking fleets operating across Canada and the United States. Empowering these trucking businesses to understand their fuel spend while saving thousands of dollars on consumption, our goal is to become the preeminent provider of fuel solutions to transportation companies across Canada and the US. About You:

You are a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for building compelling brand strategies and executing impactful marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, you thrive on driving growth through innovative and data-backed solutions. You have a keen eye for trends and customer insights, which helps you stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution (40%)

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with others both within Marketing and in other departments to put together plans that prioritize business goals and execute upon them

Content Development & Management (30%)

  • Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Create compelling and strategic content across various formats to support business objectives—primarily blogs, website content, and resource materials, while also developing video and podcast scripts, web pages, landing pages, and, when required, emails, articles, one-pagers, sales enablement assets, and more.
  • Refine and enhance editorial standards, as well as voice and tone, across our thought leadership team.

Social Media & Digital Marketing (20%)

  • Oversee social media content strategy and execution to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage paid and organic digital marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce multimedia content.
  • Understand UX/UI design principles and the ability to write copy that serves the reader and the organization.

Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRMs to track content performance and optimize strategies.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content writing, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality
  • You effortlessly distill complex ideas into language that makes the reader want to know more.
  • You can interact confidently with senior stakeholders and other exceptionally sharp cookies.
  • You showcase your outstanding content writing abilities through a compelling and high-quality portfolio of work.
