Client Managed Services
Rimes utilizes technology to automatically retrieve, manage, transform, enrich, validate, and deliver financial data from a wide range of sources to over 350 clients. Client Managed Services owns this process and serves as the interface between our clients, our platform, and the organization. Client Managed Services comprises a team of more than 50 staff based in 9 global locations, performing a variety of client-facing functions.
This team oversees the delivery of 60,000+ data feeds daily. The Client Managed Services first-line team proactively monitors exceptions based on timeliness and data quality in a top-down manner, alongside managing our clients’ ever-changing priorities and corresponding queries.
The Client Managed Service Feed management team handles complex escalations from our first-line group and manages change projects that impact all our global clients.
Client Managed Service Performance team manage the technical relationship with clients, responsible and accountable for the service provided to a set of clients within geographic regions. The account teams ensure the client’s service operates within a set of KPIs and make necessary adjustments to maintain service quality. They collaborate with our clients to adapt received services to meet the evolving requirements of the investment management industry. Together with our sales and management teams, the account team conducts regular service reviews with clients to reinforce our value proposition, offer industry insights, and identify opportunities to address client challenges.
