Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an event calendar for the Asia region.
Analyze the effectiveness of sports promotions and assess their impact on performance metrics.
Research media buying channels for launching test campaigns within sports categories.
Formulate hypotheses for testing on performing or specialized sources tailored to specific sports.
Supervise the creation of sports-related creatives: selecting athletes, logos, and key elements for banners.
Ensure the quality of designers’ work, including error checks.
Add coefficients to HTML banners and manage their relevance.
Maintain and update the feed calendar.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, media buying, or project management is an advantage.
Language: English and Bahasa Indonesia are advanced.
Understanding of sports marketing fundamentals and an interest in sports events.
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on metrics.
Proficiency in managing event calendars, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML for working with banners and feeds.
Experience collaborating with designers and understanding creative development processes.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills (especially in media buying).
Responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a proactive approach to work.
Proficiency in PC use, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with planning and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, or similar).
Knowledge of the Indonesian market and interest in the region's sports culture.
Experience testing advertising campaigns or media buying.
Skills in working with analytical platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
