Mid-Level Project Manager (CONTINGENT)

ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager with excellent management and communication skills to join a team supporting a Navy contract in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and execution and offering oversight for contractor personnel. Working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DOD), Congress and the Navy required. This is an in-person position located in Washington, DC and requires a Secret security clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with planning, execution and workload management for any assigned projects 

• Provide oversight and management for contractor personnel  

• Develop and submit monthly reports covering labor summaries and project status reports 

• Support public affairs activities as needed, including communications plans, videography, photography, press releases, briefs and more 

Qualifications: 

• Location: Washington, DC 

• Experience: A minimum of four (4) years in a relevant area of study OR experience in a related field within the DOD or Navy. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English or communications 

• Clearance: Active DOD Secret Security Clearance 

• Working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DOD), Congress, the Navy and NAVSEA required 

• Excellent time-management and communication skills 

• Background in supervising and working with a team in a fast-paced environment 

• Experience enacting program management execution plans 

• Experience producing and editing concise products that communicate complex ideas in a logical and digestible manner
