Intern - Media Integration

The Media Integration Intern will assist the Media Integration Support (MIS) team with tasks involved in producing and monitoring content sets for global airlines and third-party customers. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital media workflows, quality control, and content integration processes within the In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) industry.

How will you make an impact:

• Assist with media testing procedures, including verifying content and ensuring proper display on Remote Display Units (RDUs)
• Support quality checks for audio/video synchronization, language verification, aspect ratios, and metadata accuracy
• Help track incoming digital media assets and update content tracking sheets
• Report issues with vendor content and internal testing results to the appropriate MIS team members
• Perform routine checks on SD card duplication and verification processes
• Assist with maintaining a clean, secure, and organized lab environment
• Participate in additional tasks as assigned by the MIS team during periods of lower workflow

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field
• Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework
• Basic understanding of digital media or post-production processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for learning about IFE systems and content integration

The compensation for this position will be $22.00 for Juniors & $23.00 for Seniors.
