Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and growing sales on online marketplaces such as Amazon, GEM, India Mart, and others. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to drive traffic and engagement. This role is critical in driving the company’s online presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management:

- Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, GEM, Indiamart, and other relevant marketplaces.

- Ensure product details, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

- Analyse marketplace trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

- Handle promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to maximize visibility and sales.

2. Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.

- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across channels.

3. Online Marketing Strategy:

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and social media ads.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and effectiveness.

- Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, integrating best practices into strategies.

4. Customer Engagement:

- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on online marketplaces promptly and professionally.

- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Manage feedback loops to address product or service concerns.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with online marketplaces like Amazon, GEM, and Indiamart.

- Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.

- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
