About the role
Samsung SDS America is seeking an innovative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our North America content strategy while localizing global marketing materials to meet regional needs. This role blends creative storytelling with strategic marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and traction for our brand and solutions. The ideal candidate will also take the lead in developing thought leadership content, optimizing distribution, and building impactful relationships with influencers and media partners.
The Content Marketing Manager will focus on creation, optimization, and distribution of content for Caidentia, our new eProcurement solution. This role demands expertise in writing technically accurate and engaging content tailored for enterprise technology professionals in procurement and supply chain domain.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of writing original, high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, use cases, case studies and solution-focused materials. Beyond writing, this role requires managing media syndication strategies and fostering collaborations with influencers to amplify content reach. Deep procurement and supply chain industry knowledge and experience in content marketing are essential.
