We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support our team with SAP/ERP data input and management, along with various operational tasks in our warehouse facility. This role will provide valuable experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the SAP/ERP system, including inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor data integrity, verify entries, and make necessary adjustments to align with operational changes.
• Generate and analyze reports from the SAP/ERP system to provide insights and support efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
• Participate in daily meetings with customers to review logistics performance, address concerns, and align on operational priorities.
• Provide real-time updates on inventory status, shipments, and any potential issues impacting deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, service expectations, and operational commitments are consistently met.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Support the finance team by compiling and verifying data for monthly invoices based on inventory and shipment records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Entry-Level, No experience required
• Korean Bilingual required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions to ensure operational continuity
• Ability to Travel: up to 10 % in U.S.

• Working Hour: 8 am ~ 8 pm or 8 pm ~ 8 am (Night Shift 20:00 ~ 08:00)

(2 days of work and 2 days off. This shift is usually 12 hours)

Working Conditions

• This position is primarily based in a 24/7 manufacturing facility and may require changing shifts
• This role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or address Operational issues.
