📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing technical support and onboarding assistance to customers.
- Monitoring system functionality and proactively addressing issues before they arise.
- Identifying and troubleshooting root causes of issues using applications, Grafana, SQL, etc.
- Collaborating with customer success, product, and software teams to improve customer experience.
- Documenting and escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensuring timely responses and systematic follow-ups on customer queries.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for a software product or application.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High sense of responsibility and accountability.
