Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding air conditioning products and services in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide relevant solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance practices.
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services offered.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or product-based environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems or HVAC principles is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
