Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support in Portuguese through various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer inquiries efficiently, delivering timely solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their experience.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and facilitate faster resolutions.
• Participate in training opportunities to stay current on product updates and support techniques.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.

• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and help desk tools.
