Order to Cash Associate Specialist, Fresh Graduate (Fixed Term)

Scope of Role

The O2C Team consists of team members who are co-located and support multiple geographies across APAC via our hybrid working policy. Reporting to the Manager, Credit this role will allow you to build up your knowledge of Order to Cash processes with a focus on billing.

• Responsible for billing activities (invoicing, credit notes) relating to the JobStreet Express portfolio (Indonesia and Singapore)
• Ensuring compliance to local tax invoice and withholding tax requirements in Indonesia
• Completing bank reconciliations and creation and application of payments daily
• Managing ad hoc refund requests
• Completing end of month reconciliations relating to finance processes as required
• Achieving important metrics (Key Performance Indicators) relating to core tasks and handling queries and incoming work queues within SLAs (Service Level Agreement)

• Related experience in Finance teams highly regarded
• Experience working with billing/finance systems or CRM systems highly desirable
• Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Proven track record to meet deadlines while remaining cool, calm and collected under pressure
• Proven track record to achieve critical metrics set by the business
• Proven ability to accurately handle and manage data
