Payroll Assistant

About you
We are looking for a person accountable of providing support to Payroll Analyst in processing, reviewing, and analyze the financial operations.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:   

• Graduated in Public Accounting, or Business Administration
• +2 years in similar positions, payroll operations experience in companies with +1000 employees
• Experience handling multiple incidences like Overtime, bonuses, withholdings, etc.
• Basic English level, mostly written
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Thinking
• Team Player
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to Detail
• High level of execution

You will be accountable for the following responsabilities: 

• Ensure the correct gathering and processing of detailed information that have impact in payroll every month for multiple companies.
• Prepares, review, analyze and deliver high quality payroll files to determine salaries to be paid, withholdings and employer charges that are correct and on time. 
• Gives support to ensure compliance with all government and entity-related requirements applicable to payroll
• Support any project related to the department and with the objectives of the company
• Manage and organize massive information related with multiple incidences
• Execute Payrolls calculations and payments in a timely (according to schedule) and quality manner. Work together with areas to validate and support payroll inputs generation and labor compliance.
• Supports in providing information to other departments like accounting, treasury, and Human Resources
• Execute internal audits and Quality Control to payroll calculations.
• Continuous compliance of internal policies and controls
