Early mornings aside, we love this part of building and creating seamless processes that will help us work efficiently with our international colleagues. And we could use the help of a talented TA Ops Coordinator to help us achieve what we hope to. 

As the TA Ops Coordinator, you’ll work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the team’’s efforts across the organization. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be working across various timezones and with stakeholders across all departments. As the TA Ops Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing our recruiting processes and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and our internal teams.

This role can be Hybrid and based out of Austin, TX or remote and ideally based in the New York City area. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing updates as needed.
  • TA Systems Management: Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter account, ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, and a seamless flow of candidate information.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating regular reports on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, diversity metrics, etc.), helping leadership make data-driven decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements in the recruiting workflow, from job requisition approval to candidate offer.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Assist, as needed, with the team and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview feedback.
  • Creative Writing: Assist in drafting compelling job postings, social media posts, and TA branding materials, as needed, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in our brand.
  • Research & Sourcing: Help the team build a pipeline for niche or evergreen roles, as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Coda, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or HiBob is ideal
  • Previous Start-up Experience: Ideally in TA/Recruiting, HR operations, or a related field; SaaS experience is ideal
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mature Communication: You communicate well and have the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners professionally and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and track candidate data accurately, ensuring no important details are overlooked.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and resourceful when it comes to solving challenges or streamlining processes.
  • Culture Fit: A passion for working in a startup environment, where flexibility, collaboration, and a positive attitude are key to success. Bottomline, you’re a team player!
  • Global Outreach: Experience collaborating across international offices and timezones. And an adaptability to working early morning and across multiple time zones to support global hiring needs and stakeholders.
