Drive Website Growth & Conversion at the Heart of Our GTM Strategy
Are you passionate about building high-performing websites that drive business impact? Do you thrive at the intersection of web development, CRO, and digital marketing? If so, we want you to own and optimize our lead-generating websites and create seamless digital experiences that turn visitors into customers.
As our Web Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, optimizing website performance, and reducing reliance on external agencies—ultimately improving speed, agility, and conversion rates.
What you will do
- Own & optimize the company website (Primary CMS: Webflow - Client First/Relume and third party integrations) to improve performance, SEO, and conversion rates
- Implement and maintain tracking & analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Plausible) to ensure accurate lead attribution and campaign measurement
- Develop and optimize landing pages to support performance marketing, A/B testing (we use VWO), and lead generation initiatives (custom built widgets and lead magnets)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Sales, RevOps) to align website efforts with GTM strategy and lead nurturing
- Reduce reliance on external agencies by executing website updates in-house or project-based freelance support and streamlining web development processes
About Your Profile
- You are a Web Specialist: You understand website SEO best practices, design and feedback workflows in Figma, and performance best practices
- You have practical experience in developing and maintaining multi-language pages (e.g. German, French, Italian)
- You are data-driven, you leverage AI and No-Code to automate and optimise workflows, and analytics to optimise user experiences
- You enjoy setting clear expectations, managing stakeholders, and meeting deadlines
- At heart, you are a growth-focused problem solver, you proactively identify website bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
