Job Title: Influencer & Affiliate Growth Manager
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Pacific Time
Salary: $900-1200/month
The company is transitioning from agency-led influencer initiatives to a robust in-house paid influencer and affiliate program, and we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Growth Manager to lead the charge.
In this role, you will identify, onboard, and manage high-converting influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and audience demographics. Using industry insights, performance data, and direct outreach, you will drive revenue growth by structuring impactful partnerships across Amazon, DTC channels, and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate networks.
You will also lead affiliate management through Levanta Partners, driving outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and activation of new affiliates to expand our reach and maximize ROI. By fostering strong relationships and implementing performance-based incentives, you will optimize campaign effectiveness and scale revenue.

Responsibilities:
Influencer & Affiliate Program Development & Execution
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates, prioritizing high-conversion partnerships for Amazon and DTC sales.
- Negotiate strategic contracts with clear performance benchmarks to maximize ROAS, authenticity, and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop high-converting campaigns, landing pages, and promotional offers.
- Create tracking links, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to optimize conversions and revenue growth.
Affiliate Management & Performance Growth
- Lead outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and activation of affiliates through Levanta Partners and other affiliate networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Implement performance-based incentives and track engagement to drive results.
- Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to enhance affiliate performance and retention.
Reporting & Insights
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports highlighting top-performing affiliates, influencer content, ROI metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and drive better results.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or social media growth within consumer brands. Experience in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and manage influencer and affiliate relationships, from outreach to contract negotiation, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, influencer sourcing, performance tracking, and payment structures.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize strategy.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with clear and candid communication.
