Senior Product Manager – Inventory & Inbound Management
Location: Pittston, PA / Fort Lauderdale, FL / Las Vegas, NV

About the Role:
ShipMonk is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Inventory & Inbound Management with a deep background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). In this role, you’ll work closely with warehouse operations teams, development teams, and stakeholders to build robust WMS capabilities to drive quality and efficiency improvements in our inventory management processes and systems.

Desired Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 2 years of experience with logistics/warehouse management systems

Skills & Responsibilities

• PDLC ownership: Own product development lifecycle for our inventory & inbound products from ideation, alignment of stakeholders, prioritization, and work with engineering teams to support the development and deployment of new products.
• Go to Market: Drive product implementation and adoption in collaboration with Go to Market team
• Inventory Accuracy & Processes: Lead initiatives to ensure precision in inventory management, including FIFO/FEFO execution and dock-to-stock workflows.
• Inbound Management: Drive improvement of inbound WMS capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.
• Customer-Focus: Develop and refine inventory reporting capabilities and visibility tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Operational Problem-Solving: Engage on the warehouse floor to identify challenges, define problems, and collaborate on innovative solutions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data insights to guide product strategies, optimize functionality, and continuously improve processes.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations, development teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Execution: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
