Email Technical Support Specialist

• Support the customer service operations, including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes.
• Respond and support players' issues via chat and email, including but not limited to password resets and more.
• Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
• Support 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Full proficiency in the English language
• Passionate about the video game industry.
• Strong logical thinking.
• Customer service (nice to have) and/or video game, travel support, help desk, and technical support experience within an email contact center environment.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat.
• Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective.
• Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and swiftly within guidelines.
• Possesses a team player mentality.
