Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the deployment of an AI-powered assistant on Microsoft Azure for a customer based in LATAM. This role will oversee the transition from development to production, ensuring smooth integration, compliance, and scalability. The TPM will coordinate efforts across a distributed team, manage cloud infrastructure deployment, and ensure the AI assistant meets business and technical requirements.

• Define project roadmap, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate work between data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, DevOps, and product owners.
• Ensure alignment with customer business goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain clear communication across time zones and cultural differences.
• Validate integration with Azure services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Storage)
• Implement monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) for tracking AI performance and issues.
• Plan for failover, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Manage customer expectations regarding AI assistant capabilities.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with real-world scenarios.
• Collect customer feedback and adjust AI responses accordingly.
• Train the customer’s team to use, monitor, and maintain the AI assistant.

• Great communication skills, native Spanish is a must and advanced English level.
• Good experience with Azure.
• Good experience with DevOps best practices.

• Working experience with fintech organization is a plus.
• Working experience with AI projects is a plus.
