The Finance team seeks a passionate and talented FP&A Analyst to manage our corporate FP&A and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will provide support in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis, partnering across teams to deliver actionable insights.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A and Reporting, this role will play a key part in consolidating financial data, preparing management reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. They’ll help produce accurate and insightful financial reports to aid in the decision-making of our Executive Team, collaborating closely with our Controller, finance heads, and department leads across business units

This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in financial diligence, investor reporting, and long-term financial planning while being part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budget-to-actual variance analyses and financial KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial close processes
  • Support the development of consolidated and detailed financial results for managerial use, leveraging systems like Oracle Fusion (our ERP System) and Google Data Analytics
  • Work with business unit leads to compile and report financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Assist in annual budgeting and strategic planning processes, including scenario analyses
  • Serve as primary FP&A advisor to key cost center owners to provide insights into operating spend, including analytics and ROI, when necessary
  • Partner with the Senior Director and SVP of Finance on long-range modeling and investor communication support
  • Assist legal and accounting teams with compliance, tax strategy considerations, and entity governance as needed

Experience & Background: 

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, preferably in media, technology, or a similar industry; CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle Fusion
  • Exceptional Excel modeling skills; knowledge of cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet modeling is a plus
  • Experience working with business intelligence software (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus  
  • General understanding of US GAAP and IFRS reporting principles
  • Strong sense of personal integrity, fairness, and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization, inclusive of Executive team members
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Passion for data analytics and continuous process improvement
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and solution-oriented
  • Empathetic and engaging individual who listens well, is responsive, solutions & data-focused, and results-oriented
  • Experience in multinational operations is a plus

The salary range for this role is $85,000-110,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about additional benefits and perks below!
