100% Remote | Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM Argentina Time

We’re looking for a dedicated Finance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and help authors manage their financial needs seamlessly. What You’ll Do:

• Collections Management: Contact authors with outstanding balances to resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Royalty Withdrawals: Assist authors with processing their royalty withdrawals accurately and on time.
• Payment Methods: Handle requests for payment method updates and ensure author accounts are up-to-date.
• Client Support: Address all finance-related queries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely solutions.
• Client Relations: Manage challenging situations with unsatisfied clients and turn them into positive experiences.
• System Organization: Maintain accurate and organized records to ensure smooth operations and system efficiency.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools), Microsoft Teams, and G Suite.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English for effective client interactions.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to resolving client finance issues.
• Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to manage unsatisfied clients with patience and professionalism.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and efficient in updating systems and records.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the book publishing industry or similar creative fields.
• Previous experience in finance support or a related role.
• Experience working remotely with a self-motivated and organized approach.
