Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in selling PBX, VoIP, and Cybersecurity solutions from leading brands such as Avaya, Cisco, 3CX, Grand Stream, Call Center Studio, as well as cybersecurity products, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions.
This role requires exceptional lead generation and relationship-building skills across telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, education, call center, corporate enterprises, and various industries. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by presenting innovative IT solutions that enhance communication and security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
PBX & VoIP Solutions Sales:
- Identify and generate new leads within telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to meet industry-specific communication needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client operational challenges and recommending customized PBX and VoIP solutions.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PBX and VoIP technology to offer competitive solutions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create lead-generation campaigns targeting key industries.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain a comprehensive client database.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Cybersecurity Solutions Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to achieve revenue targets in cybersecurity solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote cybersecurity offerings, including firewalls, endpoint security, and compliance solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to address specific cybersecurity needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and successfully close deals with a customer-centric approach.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity threats such as malware, phishing, and ransomware, and offer solutions to mitigate risks.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and product development teams, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into future solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast revenue.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field (Required).
Experience:
- PBX & VoIP Sales: 3+ years (Required).
- Cybersecurity Sales: 3+ years (Required).
- Infrastructure or IT Services Sales: 3+ years (Preferred).
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of PBX, VoIP, cybersecurity, and network security products.
Communication & Negotiation:
- Exceptional ability to engage clients, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
CRM Proficiency:
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent sales tracking software.
Industry Expertise:
- Deep understanding of telecom, cybersecurity, corporate IT needs, and market trends.
Travel:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
