Virtual Assistant

Staffaro is looking to hire an experienced Virtual Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and creative support to our team, enabling us to operate efficiently and achieve our goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage calendars and schedules.

- Handle email correspondence and inquiries.

- Prepare and format documents (e.g., reports, presentations, proposals).

- Conduct research and gather information.

- Coordinate travel arrangements.

- Manage expenses and invoices.

- Carry out other roles as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and proactively.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

- High-speed internet access and a reliable workspace.

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
