Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (referred to internally as a Talent Acquisition Leader), you will lead a team of 2-4 recruitment professionals and oversee recruitment strategy and outcomes for specific business units within Stand Together. You’ll balance leading full-cycle recruitment for select roles, building strategic partnerships with leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals, and ensuring your team is positioned to attract top-tier, culturally aligned talent.

How You Will Contribute
  • Lead and support a team of 2-4 experienced recruiters, providing prioritization, guidance, and professional development to drive results and grow their contribution.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to ensure alignment between talent acquisition strategies and business unit goals.
  • Roll your sleeves up and own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of positions, working directly with hiring leaders to understand job requirements and vision, build recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.  TA Leaders are responsible for setting the standard for the recruitment process.
  • Partner with Talent Development counterparts (known internally as HR Leaders) to share insights on business trends and employee performance, creating a feedback loop to inform recruitment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation on the recruitment process and best practices, applying your own knowledge while also mentoring and coaching your team through challenging scenarios.
  • Consistently seek feedback from the business to understand opportunities for improvement and apply entrepreneurialism to experiment with solutions and new approaches.
  • Work with the business to prioritize, de-conflict, and challenge new roles so that resources are focused on roles with the greatest impact.
  • Coach hiring managers on standards and best practices to recruit talent aligned with both skills and cultural values.
  • Recommend and contribute to projects to enhance the Talent Acquisition team and overall recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with peer group across TA to share knowledge and ensure teams are not working in silos.


What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years leading and owning recruitment for one or more business units.
  • Proven success and passion for leading and developing a team.
  • Experience and commitment to a heavy emphasis on recruiting for culture-fit and values-alignment.
  • Player-coach mentality with willingness to roll up your sleeves, recruit, source, and lead by example.
  • High degree of business acumen and aptitude for making sound economic recommendations on offers and investments.
  • Experience building strategic, value-added partnerships with senior leaders in a dynamic environment in order to find and attract top talent.
  • A passion for innovation, measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A high degree of entrepreneurialism and excitement for experimentation and transformation.
  • Experience working with a modern recruitment technology and systems.
