As Stigg’s Field Marketing Manager you will take full ownership of our events and conferences strategy, from planning to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key industry events, managing sponsorships and partnerships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution to maximize brand impact and lead generation. This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. As the primary point of contact for all event-related activities, you will play a critical role in enhancing Stigg’s brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy, with a focus on events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Own the end-to-end event process, including research, planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Identify and evaluate relevant industry events to ensure alignment with Stigg’s marketing and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers to ensure seamless participation.
- Manage sponsorships, speaking engagements, and booth presence at key events.
- Work closely with the sales and demand generation teams to drive engagement and lead acquisition from events.
- Create and manage event-related content, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Track, measure, and report on event performance, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Travel as needed to represent Stigg at conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing events, trade shows, and conferences independently.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 30% of the time).
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing is a plus.
- Passion for developer-first products.
