Hey there! 🌟 We're on the lookout for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner to join our awesome team. If you're an experienced, outgoing, and dedicated bilingual mortgage pro who's ready to take your career to the next level, this might just be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keep our Branch Manager and Loan Officers on track by managing their calendars.
  • Handle communication on behalf of the team as needed.
  • Source, track, and follow up with leads, and schedule appointments with borrowers and referral partners.
  • Prep potential borrowers before they meet with the Branch Manager or Loan Officers.
  • Assist with assembling loan applications and completing files to help borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership.
  • Pull credit, calculate income, run DU/LP, and place order outs as needed.
  • Take on marketing tasks like managing our database of referral partners and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Keep our office stocked with supplies, including Summit marketing kits and team merch.
  • Coordinate fun events like Happy Hour, Lunch and Learn, and more with clients, referral partners, vendors, and team members.
  • Represent our team in a professional and customer-centric way.

If You're NMLS Licensed, You'll Also:

  • Prequalify clients and discuss rates, terms, and financial options.
  • Call and obtain conditions from borrowers and Realtors, and clear any conditions that need client communication.
  • Meet with clients to sign Loan Applications and Disclosures.
  • Facilitate introductions to Realtors with new contracts and ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on investor guidelines and program changes.
  • Submit complete files to processing based on requirements.
  • Communicate loan approval and send pre-approval/commitment letters.
  • Coordinate closing details with clients and review closing statements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of recent experience in mortgage, real estate, or banking.
  • Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • NMLS license is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • World-class customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and hold team members accountable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
