This is a high-energy, flexible role ideal for someone with experience in sales, marketing, and partnership development, especially in youth programs, sports, or education. Your mission? Grow our soccer program by increasing enrollments, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach in the community.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our youth soccer programs through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Sales & Enrollment Growth – Drive sign-ups for Soccer Stars programs by engaging parents, schools, PTAs, and community organizations.

✅ Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and contact local schools, daycare centers, parks, and community programs to introduce our youth sports offerings.

✅ Business Development & Partnerships – Establish long-term relationships with schools, community centers, businesses, and parent organizations to create new opportunities for program expansion.

✅ Community Engagement & Events – Attend and host local events, represent Soccer Stars at school fairs, sports expos, and networking functions to generate leads.

✅ Social Media & Digital Sales – Utilize Facebook groups, Instagram, local parenting forums, and digital marketing to boost awareness and attract more families.

✅ Sales Strategy & Reporting – Track sales metrics, provide insights, and continuously optimize your approach to maximize enrollment growth.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional who loves networking and closing deals. You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have sales experience – Proven success in business development, partnership sales, or community-based sales.
• Are a natural relationship-builder – Comfortable connecting with parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Are independent & proactive – You take initiative, manage your own schedule, and hit targets without needing micromanagement.
• Are relentless & results-driven – You love the challenge of closing deals, turning "maybes" into "yeses," and always finding new ways to grow.
• Are digitally savvy – Familiar with social media, Facebook groups, and local digital marketing tactics.
• Love youth sports & community programs – Experience in youth development, soccer, or sports-related sales is a huge plus!

·      $20-$30/hr Base Pay + $250-$500 Commission per contract!
