Computer Technician 1 Full time & Part Time

Symmetry IT provides Technical Support for Medium Business. We offer custom support solutions that are tailored to our clients. 

We are seeking a Computer Technician to provide technical support to hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal individual can work independently and within a team when necessary. This role does require working select evenings and weekends.

Skills Required:
Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
Virus removal.
Computer repair and assembly.
Basic understanding of networking.
Understanding of Wireless networks.
Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.
Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.
Provide customer service to staff. (Fluent in English is required)

Skills desired but not required.
Experience with Office365 preferred.
Experience with VOIP. 
Experience with Hospitality software such as Opera, Vingcard, POS.

You must pass the following:
Background check
Drug test
Have reliable transportation
Schedule includes (some) night and weekends.

Compensation is $17-$21
