Here’s what you'll do

• Supports the Talent Acquisition Partners during internal and external recruiting processes, including: screening resumes, scheduling mulitround interviews and conducting phone screens, maintaining recruiting documentation, moving candidates through workflows, advertising jobs, conducting basic candidate outreach, and validating minimum qualifications to determine hiring eligibility.
• Makes recommendations to improve processes and implement new programs and/or procedures. 
• Demonstrates problem solving skills when navigating issues that may arise during the recruitment process, including liaising with internal and external partners. 
• Maintains effective communication and good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. 
• Provides support for onboarding, including: pre-employment criteria, background checks, new hire documentation, accounts for network access, new hire orientation, and compliance per policy and regulatory agencies. 
• Source top-tier talent, creating and nurturing relationships with candidates as they move through the process from initial contact to offer acceptance. 
• Own data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring job descriptions are crafted to draw in the best talent, and utilizing ATS capabilities to the fullest. 
• Use data as a tool and measure of success.

Here’s what you’ll need

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience, preferably some on an in-house recruiting team in a high growth organization
• Relationship-building acumen making you a natural partner with hiring managers
• Excellent organizational skills, previous experience with calendar management
• Proven track record of context switching and proactive approach to completing tasks
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment

$65,000 - $75,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
