This is an essential role in our marketing team. You'll be involved across all aspects of our team’s activity!

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the global marketing team as required on the content strategy.
• Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Specialists for Talent and Avec on targeted email marketing campaigns and workflows using marketing automation software.
• Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with brand E socials through copy and graphics.
• Project manage and execute the Talent RISE marketing activities as required in the RISE strategy.
• Creating marketing collateral such as invitations, flyers and e-books as required.
• Supporting the Executive team with the creation of board pack presentations and other sensitive internal company information as required.
• Manage the Talent merchandise account including ordering and restocking, as well as assisting internal stakeholders with merchandise needs.
• Creation & editing of video & photo marketing content.

We want you to be successful in the role, so that means these are great things to have:

• Previous experience in marketing/comms (This can be either a degree or work experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint is a must!).
• Exceptional attention to detail and good communication.
• Technically savvy with the ability to navigate various systems. 
• Ability to work under pressure and main cool, calm, and collected during busy periods. 
• A creative flare and a strive for better mentality.
