Bid Manager - Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the tender process within the cybersecurity sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong proposal writing skills, strategic thinking, and experience in handling multiple bidding processes. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling tenders, coordinating teams, and ensuring that proposals are submitted on time and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Analysis: Evaluate tenders to assess suitability and potential business opportunities.
• Kick-off Meetings: Organize initial discussions with stakeholders to assign tasks and set deadlines.
• Proposal Writing: Draft and refine high-quality tender documents in Dutch.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in the tender management process.
• Deadline Management: Ensure that all documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead discussions, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Research the cybersecurity market and competitors to inform bidding strategies.
• Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities and coordinate internally for smooth workflow.
• Multi-Project Handling: Manage multiple bidding processes simultaneously.

Requirements

• Language: Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
• Education: A relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Experience working within the cybersecurity or IT sector is a plus.
