• 3+ years experience in single family new home design and construction.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Oversee, review, and stamp all architectural design documents submitted
