PREMION, a 10x award-winning CTV/OTT streaming TV advertising solution, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior executives. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the President/CEO and senior executives, and will be responsible for performing numerous administrative duties to ensure our executives’ operations run smoothly. As the Executive Assistant, you are in charge of maintaining a constantly up-to-date calendar for the executives, building relationships with internal and external contacts, and protecting confidential information, so the executive can focus on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries and all necessary changes.
- Manage travel arrangements for the executive and leadership team as needed.
- Coordinate communications and correspondence as needed with internal and external contacts.
- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and client partners.
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace for staff appreciation and clients.
- Maintain an organized system of electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for senior level executives
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
