Pay Range: $78,326 - $101,824 annual compensation

The FWLab is at the forefront of driving innovation and strategic initiatives within the City of Fort Worth (COFW), and we are looking for a Sr. Management Analyst - Strategic Projects to join our team. This newly created role will be critical in supporting the department’s growing project management and communication needs. As a Sr. Management Analyst - Strategic Projects, the successful candidate will take the lead in coordinating and managing a variety of high-priority projects, both internal and external, ensuring that they are executed effectively and aligned with the FWLab’s strategic goals. In addition to overseeing the execution of complex projects, this role will involve developing data-driven communication strategies to support key processes such as annual budgeting, long-range planning, and data analytics initiatives.
The Analyst will also play a pivotal role in advancing major city-wide initiatives, including the 2050 Comprehensive Plan, the 2026 Bond Program, Priority-Based Budgeting, and other organizational improvements. The position will be crucial in driving forward the department's contributions to upcoming FY25 strategic initiatives, with a focus on spearheading and coordinating cross-departmental projects that will shape the city’s future.
