Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to manage inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and airport services.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fare details, and travel regulations.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and operational processes.
  • Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the Emirates brand values.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with airline services and travel-related inquiries is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
