Responsibilities

  • Assist NVIDIA customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries related to products, orders, and technical issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Stay updated on NVIDIA products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to enhance customer service skills.
  • No prior experience in customer service is required, but a passion for technology and eagerness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
