Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to online content creators in Czech and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our platform.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve support processes and enhance user experience.
  • Educate online content creators about our tools and resources for maximizing their reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer queries or provide insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or online environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathetic interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Familiarity with online content creation platforms and digital engagement tools.
