Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support to Czech-speaking online content creators.
  • Address inquiries and concerns related to content creation, platform usage, and audience engagement.
  • Assist creators in troubleshooting technical issues with their content or accounts.
  • Educate users on best practices for content creation and platform features.
  • Gather feedback from creators to improve our services and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional support.
  • Track and analyze customer support inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in Czech, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within a digital or online environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist content creators.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online content creation platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for online content creation and understanding of the creator economy.
