Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products and services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings and navigate the customer through various features and functionalities.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as technical support and sales to elevate the customer experience.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and help resources to improve customer self-service options.
  • Stay updated with the latest product releases, industry trends, and customer service practices.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, preferably CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
