Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch to online content creators via various communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding platform features, monetization strategies, and content management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on best practices for engaging audiences and leveraging their online presence.
• Collect and document feedback to continually improve our services and support processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer relevant and timely assistance.

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the digital or online content industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward client support.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
