Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for e-cigarette inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, returns, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate customers on e-cigarette products, usage, and best practices.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.
  • Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on product features and updates.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and quality.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the vaping or retail industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
  • Understanding of e-cigarette products and vaping culture is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
