In this integral role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our financial products and services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others and has a strong understanding of financial concepts. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and product features.
• Thoroughly document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on financial products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve services and processes.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken is essential.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
