In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Finnish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries regarding banking services, transactions, and account management. Your expertise in Finnish will enable you to deliver a personalized and high-quality service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, focusing on banking-related inquiries.
• Assist clients with account setup, transaction inquiries, and troubleshooting banking issues.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and accurately document all inquiries and resolutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and assist in providing solutions.
• Stay informed about banking products, services, and relevant regulations to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience within the banking sector.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in banking or financial services, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
• Understanding of banking services and regulations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
