Finnish speaking Technical Support Agent

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Finnish-speaking customers with their technical queries and issues, ensuring they receive prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable support. Your expertise will help clarify product functionalities and troubleshoot various problems, leading to improved customer satisfaction. Working with a collaborative team, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' experiences through personalized service and technical guidance. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services with efficiency.
  • Guide customers through technical setups, installations, and configuration processes.
  • Document all interactions diligently and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Provide education and support to customers regarding product features and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and developments in the technology field.
  • Fluency in Finnish and good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software and hardware products.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer service demands.
